Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team after a reasonable attempt.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
